A)Our general order processing time is 30-45 business days. You can request an expedited delivery and the time can be reduced to approx. two weeks with additional shipment charges. Orders in some regions might be delayed due to the pandemic.

A)Aliwheels does not charge any sales tax. All charges are inclusive of taxes whereas a customer is responsible for the customs charges/taxes that may be applicable in their country.

Q) Can I cancel the order before it gets delivered to me and order it some other time?
A)You may cancel the order by writing us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of order placement.
Q) Can we return the products if they are damaged or unsatisfactory?
